Numbers 02 and 03 are one household, four months apart. I represented them buying the hobby farm on 123rd in November, then listed and sold the Mountlake Terrace house in February. Buying before selling is the order that leaves you holding both at once, and it is the order most people end up in when the right place turns up first.
One of these was harder than it looks
When a buyer comes in unrepresented, the listing agent does not suddenly represent them. What happens instead is that every piece of the paperwork, every deadline and every conversation with the lender, the inspector, the appraiser and escrow runs through one desk. Mine.
