I am Rich Demoors, a broker with Windermere Real Estate in Arlington. I have lived in Arlington since 2003, and I drove trucks through Snohomish and Skagit County for years before I started selling homes, so the roads, the neighborhoods and the acreage outside town are familiar ground.
