Three things worth knowing.
A conversation is not a commitment
Talking to me about your house does not list it, does not sign anything and does not start a clock. Most of the people I talk to are a year out.
Compensation is negotiable
There are no standard rates and nothing is set by law. I will walk you through exactly how it works before you sign an agreement, not after.
If I am the wrong fit, I will say so
If your property is outside what I know well, or the timing is genuinely bad, you will hear that from me rather than a pitch.
